Novus Imperia History: Renaissance Novus Era (Deoch 53-70)
By late Deoch 53 and into Deoch 54 the slow process of restoring Novus Imperia to its former glory had begun. For the first time in a long time a new, competent, and effective government took the reigns of the guild. As the membership ranks began to grow Novus Imperia was back on the way to the top.
By Deoch 55 the guild was well along in its restoration efforts. Membership ranks continued to increase. To help the guild began to go back to its roots as the rebuilding process continued. Many elements from the early Imperium and Novus Imperia were once again a part of the guild.
For some 8 deochs Novus Imperia enjoyed a Renaissance and reawakening of power and influence it had not wielded since the Golden Age.
Perhaps the taking of Castle Ealadh best symbolized the start of this new era. Done completely under the direction of the guild government, particularly it\'s Prime Minister,Diakonov - and not the guild\'s leader Ramanayan- it showed that perhaps the guild had finally overcome it\'s long standing problem of when guild leader Ramanayan left Temuair, the guild would stagnate and decline.
Unfortunately after 8 deochs, when both Diakonov and Ramanayan and other major leaders left Temuair the guild was unable to adapt and collapsed as rapidly as it had rebounded. This effectively marked the end of Novus Imperia a major guild in Temuair.
