-====================-

* Troupe member is to explain that Suomi citizenship has no political advantages. Aislings cannot tailor or create armor without having already held the office of Respected Citizen from Mileth or Rucesion townships. Leaving the prior town is not required for citizenship.

* Troupe member should investigate the Aisling's legend to ensure that no current exile exists.

* Troupe member should check Mundane Notices to see if the proposed citizen is not currently in higher office (Buard, Demagogue, Guard Captain, Judge, or Burgess) in Mileth or Rucesion.

* Troupe member should check the Ranger board to ensure that there are no warnings or warrants for the prospective citizen, as these would not appear on their legend.

* A Troupe Burgess can make exceptions to the guidelines above, made in their best judgement for an Aisling who has reformed but doesn not currently meet requirements.
