Despite their previous service, the knights of Loures are not to interfere with township politics unless they have been invited by an official of that town, and their actions must only be on a case by case basis. Knights can only then make officially posted suggestions for political actions. Suggestions made by knights must adhere to the letter of the local laws, and the suggestion can be ignored by an official of proper rank who takes office in that township and finds that the knight's suggestion was inappropriate. The official coming into office and reviewing the suggestion made by a knight must be given the evidence used during the investigation by the knight.

As a general reminder, the role of a knight is to be the mediators between all aislings, reporting abuses, ((and reporting bugs that require GM attention)). Making judgements and leading town politics is not included in these duties.
